Only yesterday we received a call from a gentleman who was in a major panic.

Apparently, he was due to fly out of Heathrow Airport for a very important business trip to New York but had just realised he’d forgotten probably one of the most important items needed to fly…..his PASSPORT!!

He’d been frantically searching for a courier service that could visit his home address in Birmingham as soon as humanly possible so they could collect it and carry out the urgent delivery of it to Heathrow, London as quickly as they could.

As instructed by the call handler, the driver kept in telephone contact throughout the journey, updating the customer on their progress and of any delays encountered on the motorways.

Thirty minutes prior to arrival at London, Heathrow, the driver called the client to arrange a meeting place to hand over his passport.
Our driver told us the gent whose passport it was, was almost in tears when he handed it over and couldn’t thank him enough.

We don’t know whether he made his flight or had to book an alternative one, but we carried out the collection and delivery from Birmingham to London for him to the letter.
