Booking a same day courier for the first time can feel confusing — but it doesn’t need to be.

“What Information Do I Need to Book a Same Day Courier?”

To give you an accurate quote and send the right vehicle, we only need a few essential details:

1. What are you sending?

A brief description of the item helps us choose a suitable vehicle.

Please include where possible:

• The type of item (documents, laptops, boxes, pallets, machinery parts, etc.)

• Approximate weight

• Dimensions (length, width, height)

• Whether the item is fragile, valuable, or requires careful handling

2. Where is the collection & delivery?

We need the full collection & delivery addresses, including:

• Building names/numbers

• Street names

• Town or city

• Postcodes (very important for accurate location and pricing)

3. When do you need it collected and delivered?

Let us know:

• The ideal collection time

• Any deadline for delivery

• Whether the delivery is urgent or time-critical

We can often collect within 60 minutes and deliver direct without stopping.

4. How Do I Confirm the Booking?

Simply tell us you’re happy to go ahead.

We will then book a vehicle and send it directly to the collection address.

5. How Do I Pay for the Courier Service?

For non-account customers:

• Payment can be made securely over the phone

• We accept credit and debit cards

• Your card details are never stored — we use a secure virtual terminal

• You receive an instant electronic receipt by email.

• We can send you a VAT invoice with our bank details so you can make a BACS payment/bank transfer
• If your business makes regular bookings, you can also ask about setting up an account.

Will I Receive Proof of Delivery?

Yes. After delivery is completed, you will receive:

• The recipient’s printed name and signature

• Confirmation of delivery time

• Email or phone confirmation (whichever you prefer)

We remain in direct contact with your courier driver throughout the journey so we can update you at any time.
