When carrying out all deliveries and collections, it is extremely important to us that your goods arrive safely, undamaged and on time. The main advantage we have which ensures we deliver on these points is that we use what we call 'dedicated vehicles'. Putting it simply, your goods will be the only ones being transported in the vehicle. They will be picked up from the collection address and taken to the delivery address, with no other stops being made on the way. There will be absolutely no unloading and re-loading into another vehicle at a warehouse or depot, minimising the risk of any damage.


If an early morning delivery or collection is required, that's no problem. This can easily be arranged with us at no extra cost or premium.

If necessary your goods can be collected the day before and stored securely overnight, allowing our drivers to get an early start in the morning, enabling them to make your delivery on time.

Another pre-arranged facility we offer is a simple phone call from our driver to let you know when the vehicle is perhaps 30-40 minutes away from arrival. We have found in the past that this has helped cut out any unnecessary waiting around for our customers.
